Hi, I’m Chris.
I’m building JobShifu.

Job search asks you to explain the same experience again and again. A useful tool should help you understand where you fit, ask for the context it needs, and carry what it learns into the next application.

That’s the mentor approach behind JobShifu: automate the repetitive work and work with you on the decisions that need your input.

What job search gets wrong.
How we help.

AI needs your context.

Resumes, cover letters and screening questions need facts only you can provide. Without them, AI can invent qualifications you cannot back up in an interview.

JobShifu compares the job’s requirements with your profile, flags gaps, and prompts you to add relevant experience you actually have. You review the proposed changes.

Each application should build on the last.

Retyping your history and answering the same questions makes every application feel like starting over.

Save confirmed experience in your Vault, your reusable master resume. Reuse saved answers and preferences, tailor documents, autofill supported forms, and track what you sent. You review and submit.

Your resume needs to be readable.

Decorative layouts, graphics and columns can confuse an applicant tracking system’s resume parser.

We favor clear sections and straightforward formatting so your experience is easier for software and people to read.

Go straight to the employer.

Reposts, promoted listings, spam and scams make job boards harder to navigate. A listing can stay online even when no one is actively hiring.

JobShifu sources jobs from employer career sites, records posting history, checks for removals, and links to the employer’s application page. That gives you a source to check, though it cannot guarantee active hiring.
