# JobShifu > JobShifu is an AI job search agent and mentor: Shifu tailors a resume to each job from experience the person confirmed and fills the whole application for them to submit, without fabricating content. Every line of a tailored resume cites the confirmed experience it was built from, and a line with no source is removed. Before tailoring, JobShifu shows the gaps between the job and the person's Vault and asks; it never guesses an application answer, and it saves each answer the person gives for the next form. Tailored resumes get about 2x the interviews of generic ones (Huntr, Q3 2025, 1.61M applications). JobShifu also crawls employer career sites directly and shows when each posting was first seen. ## Key pages - [About JobShifu and its founder](https://jobshifu.com/about): Meet Chris Cheng, the engineer building JobShifu: a job search mentor that connects employer postings, resume tailoring and experience you can reuse. - [JobShifu](https://jobshifu.com/): Search jobs from employer career sites without signing up. Autofill and Shifu fill the form and stop; the person presses Submit, and a job is marked applied only on the employer's confirmation page. - Put experience on a resume that the person did not confirm. A tailored line with no source in their Vault is removed before they review the draft. - Guess an application answer. A question with no answer in the person's confirmed profile is left for them or drafted for their approval, and demographic questions are never inferred. - Change an account through Shifu without approval. Each Shifu action is a card the person applies, and the log in Settings offers Undo where the earlier state can be restored. - Solve CAPTCHAs or sign in to job sites on the person's behalf. ## Job search Open jobs taken from employers' own career sites, searchable and filterable without an account. Each job links to the employer's application page. The pages under https://jobshifu.com/jobs are server-rendered HTML with JobPosting markup: read these. Each open job has its own page at https://jobshifu.com/jobs/. - [Browse jobs by role and location](https://jobshifu.com/jobs): Directory of role and city pages, each listing current openings. - [Software Engineer jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/software-engineer) - [Registered Nurse jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/registered-nurse) - [Project Manager jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/project-manager) - [Accountant jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/accountant) - [Data Analyst jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/data-analyst) - [Customer Service Representative jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/customer-service-representative) - [Administrative Assistant jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/administrative-assistant) - [Sales Representative jobs in Canada](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/sales-representative) - [Jobs in Toronto, ON](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/toronto-on) - [Jobs in Montreal, QC](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/montreal-qc) - [Jobs in Vancouver, BC](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/vancouver-bc) - [Jobs in Calgary, AB](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/calgary-ab) - [Jobs in Ottawa, ON](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/ottawa-on) - [Jobs in Edmonton, AB](https://jobshifu.com/jobs/edmonton-ab) Interactive search, for a person to open (an app page that needs JavaScript, so fetching it returns an empty shell): - [Search jobs](https://app.jobshifu.com/find-jobs): Build a link with `q` (role or keywords), `loc` (city), `country` (ISO alpha-2, e.g. US, CA, GB) and `wt` (work arrangement, comma-separated: remote, hybrid, onsite).
